I will open a ticket for you to get you the license file you need for Sculptor 3, it is different that the one for Sculptor 2.
As for owning versus subscribed products you will continue to own outright any of the products you have purchased. With the subscription the main advantage is that you will always get the most recent release and upgrades to products. When you quit the subscription all of your subscription products will no longer be available to you, just the ones you own out right.
I'm sorry you feel that way about the transition to the public forum for support. In reality it is the same support staff responding to your questions and is really no different than the ticket system we had other than the fact that any one can see the questions and answers and hopefully gain from them. The other advantage that is not possible in the closed ticket system is that other users can chime in and try to help or expand on an issue that is similar to one they are experiencing. Our goal is to streamline the support process to provide a higher level of customer service to our users.
