Universal Email - adding in a reply-to header

Greetings, how does one set a reply-to address in Universal Email? I can see options for: to, from, cc, bcc in the UI but not reply-to address. I suspect that it can be done through the email headers manually (via adding in additional code to the page) but i thought i best check here first before i possibly break a working form. Thankyou in advance for the reply.
