Can Universal email be used to send an email automatically every day

This feature is not available in Universal Email or any of our other tools. This can however be done fairly easily with the use of a cron job in Linux or a Scheduled Task in Windows depending on your server environment.

You can use these mechanisms to schedule execution of a particular script at a defined interval. I think this is the thing you are looking for.
