Quick troublseshoot required :(

Trying to complete an application form for client - at page application8.php, i have an update behaviour working, but also want this to trigger an email to client and user on form submission, before redirecting to applicationcomplete.php. I have the update behaviour first (not redirecting), then the email behaviour, redirecting to applicatrioncomplete.php, but it returns to application8.php and hangs up a blank page. Tho weirdly it worked ONCE.
Can you see whats wrong from zip file attached?
I think the issue MIGHT be to do with a couple of bindings which are in the email body (blank14.php) - I want the email to be able to include the name and address of the user, returned from rsQuest (if that makes sense.
If iy helps i can give you FTP access....be great to get this resolved beofre close of play tomoro if poss - thanks as ever.

btw - if its easier, the email could also be triggered from the final page - applicationcomplete.php - but i couldnt see how to trigger it with no form submission. is there an easy way?
