Transaction Not Completed on Checkout page

I have redone the checkout wizard 10 times, but still seem to be having a problem. I have left many of the defaults set in order to minimize errors, ie. saving orders to the database, shipping, tax, etc.

What I am having problems with is when I go to the checkout page, fill out the information, and click continue, the gray screen shows up with "please wait", then clears and just says "Transaction not completed". It doesn't redirect to a failure page, just stays on the checkout page.

Am I doing something wrong?
If you go to http://www.dragboats.com/merch/posters.php and click on one of the plain forms that are in the right column (these are test items that have only small amounts) and add to the cart. Then go to http://www.dragboats.com/cart/view_cart.php and select checkout, you can replicate the problem.

Appears that what happened was it was putting my gateway credentials in the test sections, instead of the live sections on the gateways.php page. Seems to be working now.
