my product insert page is uploading to directry but not to the database

my insert page is uploading images to file but not to database. have tried a few previous suggestons on webassist but have the same problem. My product-insert page is uploading images to the directory but not the file name to the right table in the database, i have 3 images, all with different names but when i put an image into productimage file, it puts the same file name in each img table in the database and doesnt use the filenames for the other two fields (Image2 and productthumb)
