Since upgrade to 454 site not working

I have just upgraded powerstore from 4.5.3 to 4.5.4 and the site is not working, if you go to the index page you get a a blank page no error message no file not found just a blank page.
I just copied all of the contents of the 454 upgrade into the root folder on the website as instructed in the upgrade info. Here is the site page
