Getting empty error dialog

I just installed the latest DataBridge in DW CC 2015 (via DMX Extension Manager). When I selected WebAssist > SecurityAssist > Authenticate User while my log-in page is open, I get an empty error dialog (see attached screen grab). No text, nothing.

Do I need to add something else? Like the MySQLi server behaviors or does DataBridge only work with the old DW database/behaviors/server behavior windows installed?
