DataAssist Results page doesn't recognize foreign key

After creating Search/Results pages using DataAssist Wizard, configuring the necessary tables/columns for a foreign key in phpmyadmin, and updating the WADA recordset for an INNER JOIN, the results still displays the ID and not the name.

In phpmyadmin, the mysql Db relation is working properly - I can hover over the FK field and it shows the name.

In DW, the recordset uses INNER JOIN and the test shows data from both tables, but still shows the FK field with the number, not the name.

Searching the forums and also online provided help in setting up phpmyadmin and INNER JOIN, but can't get the results table to show correctly.

Attached are screen shots of both recordset setup and test.
