Java error updating checkout.php

I am working with the base code from PowerStore 3. I have been updating the server behaviors when they are flagged as red to make sure the pages are updated with the new code. There were a number of flags on the checkout.php page that I corrected. However, there is 1 server behavior that is not updating. It is titled "SecurityAssist Show Region (Not No Payment Gateway). When I try to update it, I get the error "While executing onLoad in installer_onOpen.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In the file "installer_onOpen": installAll is not defined.

I did delete the cache with correct some other problems I have had, but I am still getting this one. The URL is www.cutestpetcontest.com Can you help me correct this error please?
