This is the place to submit your support ticket and get customer service.

The first thing to try when getting javascript errors after installing an extesnion is to delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder. The following has more detailed information:
common_installation_issues.pdf

The fastest way to get Dreamweaver back to working is to rename the users configuration.

To do that, rename the folder that contains the cache file from the directions in the common installation problems pdf.

If you want to work through the javascript errors you are getting, delete the cache file, then report back with the text of the javascript errors you are getting.

if you would rather pursue a refund, contact our sales team at sales@webassist.com, one of our customer service representatives will work with you.
