In the CSS for the second menu main UL (CSSMenuWriter/cssmw6/menu.css line 1) add:
position: relative;
Then in the CSS for the first menu sub-menus (CSSMenuWriter/cssmw3/menu.css line 43) add:
z-index: 9999;
That should fix it.
