Why am I getting a Fatal Error when trying to load/test my new form?

Here's what I get when I try to load/test new form:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare postresult() (previously declared in /homepages/16/d401096324/htdocs/LHR/WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_Scripts_PHP.php:17) in /homepages/16/d401096324/htdocs/LHR/webassist/form_validations/wavt_scripts_php.php on line 87

Here's lines 83 - 87 code:

Please help. Form wizard worked beautifully, but I cannot get the form itself to load live for testing.
