HTTP-fout 500 - internal server page not found and e-mail is not send after creating PHP and/or universal email

Hi Ray,

Thank you for your reply and yes you were right about uploading the whole webassist folder.

It seems like dreamweaver didn't upload all the files even when I saved all and klicked YES when it gave me the option to upload all the files related to it, which I always do with my other pages when I upload files.

So instead I used F8 in Dreamweaver and selected the whole webassist folder on my local computer and then upload.

Now it works fine, the same page was found and I also received the form in my e-mail box.

Thanks again for your fast reply, now I can start to build a new bigger form with Webassist.
