Errors using Data Assist

Hi I am getting errors all of the time when trying to use DataAssit in Dreamweaver CC on an IMac running OS X 10.9.3
The data assist crashes when trying to create pages.
I have tried it on my IMac and on my Macbook and get the same errors.

I have deleted cache and have a very basic table I am trying to build CRUD pages for but this is now driving me mad after upgrading to it only a few months ago.
I have a lot of work to catch up on and need this sorting please.

I have also checked database and cannot see anything that would cause these constant crashes.
