2 Problems - I cannot log into admin and store checkout is not available.

Upon trying to log into my account starting yesterday at around 8 PM I began receiving this message:

"Login to admin has been temporarily disabled while we transfer data. Users should be able to shop an purchase from your store at this time. Please check back in 2 hours."

1) Its been 12 hours and I still dont have any access.
2) My store is not working. I am able to add things to my cart but when I try to go to checkout - https://oleavers.cafecommerce.com/checkout I am told "The server at oleavers.cafecommerce.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed."

Please help!

Thanks.
