Free, outstanding support from WebAssist and your colleagues

Does your product come with complete documentation or does one need to realy on the Forums to get details on how to use the software?

It has complete documentation on the tool, but it can't have complete documentation on everything you can build with it.

I lots of times use the analogy of wood working tools. When you get a power saw, it comes with documentation on how to use the saw, how to turn it on and cut wood effectively, adjusting blade height, proper maintenance. But it won't come with documentation on building the house you are building with it. Because we sell very flexible tools, it is impossible to cover everything you might use it for in the documentation. That is why the tutorials and forums are there to fill in the gaps for real world analysis of your project and how our products can be applied.
