Upgrade from Dreamweaver CC 2014 to CC 2015 and the data bindings menu items have disappeared.

They were add-ons in my creative cloud and I do not seem to be able to get them back no matter what I read on the WebAssist web pages. Firstly, I cannot get them back is this a Dreamweaver CC 2015 thing? Secondly I was going to buy the WebAssist "MySQLi server behaviours" package but as I have read some of the functions require server behaviours from adobe creative cloud installed to work...is this correct?
