It is possible. Could have been the server went down for a second and it happened to be during a purchase.
It is so hard to tell unless we get an error message or steps to reproduce. It is like going to a mechanic and saying "my car wouldn't start yesterday, but it works fine now, can you look into it? I have a picture of the car yesterday when it wouldn't start."
You just don't know where to look for the problem. It could be something about their paypal account. Something with the web server, something with paypal's server, something with our server, something with our code. I mean, I just don't have anything to go on so it is hard to say.
I'd like to look into it, but I wouldn't know were to start if it isn't still happening. Let's keep our eye on it and let me know if it happens again. Hopefully if it does we can figure out what the two users have in common or maybe get an error message and it will give us something to look into.
