Your host is wrong about the page... it is the vacio.php page that is causing the too many connections error... or I guess more specifically all of the instances of the vacio.php page being opened at the same time by the fotos.php page.

The issue is that you are using iframes to include the content on those pages. This means you are essentially opening 11 web pages simultaneously in order to display the one page.

I think the only solution is going to be to either get your hosting provider to fix it... or for you to use a page design that uses DIVs and plugins or require() statements to get the content from the other page instead of iframes. That way you can open a single page instead of a bunch at a time. You just really shouldn't be having 10 iframes opened by the parent page.
