Transferring client files, license questions
I am expecting to lose a client soon (non-profit, change of board etc) and I used eCart to install their dues check out etc. Because the eCart is licensed to me, what are the rules for sending them the files that work the cart set up and checkout? Will I be in any license violation? I expect they may not be able to edit the cart, to add a new discount, etc. I have set up a back end so they can add products using data assist. Please advise so I don't send them any files that break my license. Thanks.
