i dont understand what you mean by "intersecting result", but in this case you need to use OR in the condition since it is one column that contains the value.

perhaps you mean that yo want to find results for a particular product ID?

in that case add another condition for the productsID
WHERE (options.OptionName = 'red' OR options.OptionName = 's') AND products.ProductID = 12
