can i play dynamic Video?

Im trying to create a video lessons page for a client, shes an artist and wishes to be able to have video lessons she has created on her website. Now it needs to be dynamic and work just like a results and details page as if using an Image bit this will be using video. I know i will need a Plugin to do this as was thinking of usng WebStunnings video player. Or if possible the new html 5 <video></video> tags nut again would this be possible? Once i have the plugin in place how do i get to work? ive tried binding the Video tag etc but nothing seems ti work. I have added the details page for you to view, pls help as im finding this very difficult.
