Alvin

I cannot get the ecart extension to install properly and work.

I just purchased and installed the ecart extension and I am not able to get it to run, in the path webassist/ecart/ecart object/ all of the options are not highlighted for me to use and this is after I have entered the serial number; also when I entered the serial number to initialize the extension I got an error message which leaves my Dreamweaver in a frozen state where I have to force quit the application to get it out of the frozen state. I am sure this is why I can't access the panels. I need some quick help with this because I am in the middle of building a shopping cart for a client where I thought this extension would speed up my workflow. I am running a MacBook Pro with retina display which is fairly new so I don't think the problem is on my end and I have not had any problems with Dreamweaver cs6 or any of my other applications prior to installing your extension. I have tried restarting Dreamweaver, restarting the Mac, uninstalling and re-installing the extension, and opening a layout/html page to edit. There has been no resolve to my problem after doing all of these troubleshooting.
