Dani -- you have NOT offered any resolution. You have only circled the wagon. I need answers and not speeches. If you do not have an answer, that is fine, but don't lead me in an endless circle. The bottom line here, this software is not working like I expected it to work.

If you can not fix the issue -- discuss it with other people in your group or escalate so that the software is fixed and put to good use as intended.
