will give that a try

I will uninstall all extension and try again as you say. Because there are 5 installers it leaves me a bit confused... do you install each separately and complete installation and them move to the next or can you install all of them back to back? If back to back before starting DW is there an order and even if you do them one at a time, is there an order? It would behoove you to clearly create a "step-by-step" installation procedure with a list of issues so that others don't have to go through this forum process. If you happen to have such a set of instructions and I can't find them it's not for a want of looking. I find this all very frustrating.
