mysqli insert record returns "There is an error in your SQL syntax."

I've got a prototype website that I'm working on. I'll send the URL in a private message. The home page has a Contact form in a mega menu that uses an AJAX Contact Form I got from Code Canyon @ www.codecanyon.net (I was unable to get Universal Email to work with a form in the MegaMenu layout, so I used the AJAX Contact Form instead. The form action posts to a contact.php page, and was working fine before I inserted the WA MySQLi Insert Record Server Behavior. When I apply the MySQLi Insert Record Server Behavior usng WA Form Data to enable accessing the external form on the megamenu on the contact.php page, then upload the files to my server (including the queryobj.php) on testing the contact form I get "There is an error in your SQL syntax" message, nothing else. I've attached the contact.php privately.

Thanks for your help as always
