MySQLi delete behaviour multiple parameters

Hello there

I am looking to insert a MySQLi delete behaviour with multiple parameters - I have looked at the tutorial but I don't entirely follow - as well as adding the extra parameter as shown (which is simple), surely I have to add another variable?
The tutorial does not show this - the only WHERE in the query is still the email - is this correct?
How do I add another WHERE parameter please - if indeed I do?
