In your site definition, there is a setting for:
Crate Links relative to

if you select to use Site, dreamweaver will use the virtual function for include files, you should select to use Document do that Dreamweaver will use require_once.

on the registration page, I edited the code to replace virtual with require_once, now it is giving this error:

Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/79/8602579/html/ on line 9

Fatal error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/79/8602579/html/ on line 9

this means the host name used in the connection file is not correct. you will need to contact the hot for the correct host name to use in the database connection.
