1) Contact Us not working 2) Where can I ask customers if they would like to be on my mailing list 3) thumbnails moving too quickly 4) Why do refunded orders disappear?

1) I have tested the Contact Us on the homepage as have my friends no e-mails are coming through

2) I don't see where I can add "Would you like to be on our mailing list"

3) When you go to the product page the thumbnails move too quickly, they don't go all the way to the end - rather they double back part way through

4) Once I refund an order it seems to disappear from the archive - so I have no record
