Combine multiple databases in a parent database

Hello, I am searching for the easiest way to take multiple databases and have them appear in a single parent database, including updated information after the individual databases are updated. Is there an easy way to do this? For a bit more context, all of the databases have the exact same structure and wouldn't need to have any alterations. I thought there might be a way to do this within MySQL itself. If not, I also have used DataAssist to create results and update pages for each of the individual databases, so perhaps it is easiest to update my code on the update page?

Thanks for any assistance!
