Implement Unishippers.com PriceLink and Shipstation.com APIs

Our client would like to integrate Unishippers.com and ShipStation.com into their checkout.

Unishippers uses an API to allow their discounted shipping rates to populate the checkout shipping.
Shipstation.com uses a different API that uses the order information to create labels and track orders from their website.

Are you familiar with this, and how much would it cost for help in getting these implemented using eCart?
