Getting error message

The first error message means that there are some characters on your page that are not supported by the UTF8 encoding.

either you will need to use a encoding that supports those character, or remove them from the page.

As for creating the table, there are a number of things that may cause this. Most likely it is a problem with the testing server settings in your site definition.

the SQL script that is created can be used to import the table manually:
