MySQLi Sever behaviours extension - does it create sub queries

Just watched how the query builder creates queries - very neat!

Can it help me create sub queries though?

Also, are the other extensions now MySQLi ready? Basically, I am trying to figure out how I can use data assist with MySQLi. If I use data assist to create an admin section, say for news, does it create using MySQLi or does it still create with the deprecated MySQL which I then have to replace using the MySQLi server behaviours extension.

Finally, where's the MySQLi server behaviours section in the forums drop down menu when asking the question? It wasn't there in my list that I could see… that's why I'm asking here!

Thanks.
