How to control placement of a checkbox?

Regarding losing a bullet list of info if editing the form manually and then re-entering FB for the form, what do you recommend on this? Just make sure I have it as close as can be using FB and add code by hand when I think it's finished? It isn't like I'd have to retype a bunch of text even if I did want to edit the form again I suppose.

Even if I was to remove the bullet list, I'd still like to have a link to the T & Cs for the company when a person signs up for the service.

So the checkbox and statement would look like:

Checkbox "I agree with the terms and conditions" and have "terms and conditions be a link to the page that contains the T&Cs.

So it sounds like what you are saying is that if it can't be done through the FB current interface, it will be hand coding on my part with the knowledge that if I ever make changes to the form using FB, I'll have to go back and do the hand coding again?
