dates stored in the database need to be in the format:

yyyy-mm-dd

so on the page the form posts to you will need to add code to convert the date format, you date picker element is named varDateFrom, and the form actin is set to post to result1.php. so on the result1.php page add the following code at line 1 to convert the date format

<?php
if(isset($_POST['varDateFrom'])) {
$_POST['varDateFrom'] = date("Y-m-d", strtotime($_POST['varDateFrom']));
}
?>
