I tried to modify a form. Also create a new form and failed to populate dynamic list. failed to edit form. validation toolkit doesn't work any data is accepted. no on blur validation. I am extremely disappointed.

Yes, In Data Bridge, form builder uses JQuery HTML 5 validate script for on blur validation.

If the query validation is not working, it may be a few problems, you may have conflicting jQuery library on the page, or some of the needed files may not have been uploaded to the server.

It is posible to create a 4 column form, but all take some editing to the design.

Int he form builder Wizard, Go to the Form design tab and click the pencil icon next to the from design. If the form is already created, you can click the Edit design Button in the property inspector.

you will need to edit the Form to set the number of columns and over all width, and also edit each of the form element types to set the width so they will fit the over all width you set for the form.
