1) add additional form elements for the phone number or email, and edit the insert behavior to bind those form elements to the coresponding columns in your reviews table 9they will also need to be created in the table if they do not exist)
2) add an order by clause to the recordset:
ORDER BY buisnessName ASC
to write a review, add a link to the review page and pass the users ID through a URL Variable
3) you have the resultws page set to filter by a URL variables, so accessing the results page directly returns no results, add ?reviews_business=2 to the URL:
http://www.hairbraidingreviews.com/reviews_results.php?reviews_business=2
and it will return results.
