I want to make an existing Contact Us page send the pertinent information back to my website

I have looked at a lot of threads on this subject and none help me. I am using Dreamweaver CC 2014. I am designing a web site for a client and they need to get the information from the contact page, return a copy of of the comments made back to the sender. I have the contact form made but don't know how to php part. The extensions I have are Design Extender, Data Bridge, Free Tools and a bunch of extensions that don't work with CC. Contact Form Packet for one.
