Problems With Connection

Hello - I have previously tried Powerstore 2 and 3 but didn't get them to work. I noticed today there was a 50% discount for PS4 and was wishing to buy another copy.

I have a copy of PS4 already but have not tried to install previously owing to the problems with v2 and v3.

Nevertheless, I tried it today. However, when I try to get v4 to install, it fails during the set up procedure on the database page. I think it's step 2 or step 3.

I have created a new database using the hosting company 123-reg. However, when I enter the name of the database in the set up procedure, it fails.

Can anyone who has successfully got PS4.53 to work offer an explanation please?

UPDATE
It now connects but I am informed to delete a specific folder. However, I missed the name of it. What folder do I delete to make it work fully? I ask because I have uploaded an image for a product, and it doesn't display. I'm guessing the folder I'm supposed to delete is causing the error.
