PowerCMS toolbar overlaps content being edited

I've used the new PowerCMS from scratch on a new site for the first time where a user can update their content on the live page, but the toolbar is overlapping the top of the content so the user can't see the first line or so.

I've been through all the css files to try to shift it up by 40 pixels by using margin-top:-40px; and in some places I might expect it to have an effect, nothing happens, and in others I've managed to shift it up, but the tool bar collapses to a thin line across the screen hiding any buttons available.

I've attached screenshots showing the problem.

In one screenshot you can see it overlapping content, in the other you can see where I have the full content on display, but this is only achieved within the browser's inspect element facility. Here I have changed the code for the containing div to display: block; margin-top:-40px, to get this to display properly on my computer, but I can't find it anywhere in the CSS or actual pages to make this change permanent.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Mat
