Can Form Builder be used to recreate this example....

Hi Everyone

I am in desperate need of updating some forms for my clients. They all use the same FREE PHP script that I found years ago. The problem is that the BOTS out there can bypass any client side security I put in place (DW Spry Validation). All of my clients are receiving a large amount of SPAM through their online forms.

I am in need of a solution for building new forms that are flexible and customizable and processing them as well. Does anyone know if Form Builder is the right tool for the job?

Here is an example of a form that I currently have and need to keep BOTS from spamming.

Any advice, guidance or info about a WebAssist solution would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
