so lets use the insert page to troubleshoot.
to troubleshoot upload issues:
1) turn on error reporting, add this code at line 1:
<?php error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set('display_errors','on'); ?>
2) add debug info to the page body. open the bindings panel, expand the WA Uploaded files Global status group and add the debug info binding to the page.
3) prevent the insert from redirecting:
change:
$WA_redirectURL = "tbNews_results.php";
to:
$WA_redirectURL = "";
4) write the files array to the page:

if(isset($_FILES)) {
var_dump($_FILES);
}
?>
post back the results after trying an upload.
