Universal Email - Newsletters?

So how do you do it??

There are many people who have suggested tech support needs to elaborate a bit on reponses and I agree. If someone asks whether the output from Universal Email can be formatted as HTML - don't you think we would want a bit more information than "Yes, it can be done"?

Most of us have been buying the WA extensions to save time and few of us are programmers like WA tech people. Would you please take an extra minute or 2 to elaborate on your answer? It will make this forum a LOT more productive and will save you a LOT of time in the long run.

So back to the original question: HOW can Universal Email render HTML output??
