After installing DataBridge v120 get error message can't access script

After installing DataBridge v120 get error message can't access script

I tried installing DataBridge v120 on a clean machine and received error message stating it could not access the script WATriggers.js (ERROR 2) when trying to apply server validation to a page. I tried all the standard things like uninstalling, deleting cache, reinstalling and same result. I can install and use v118 with no problem. I then attempted to upgrade to v120 (latest) from 118 and receive the error all over again when attempting to apply a server validation. I have attached a screen shot of error message.
