Binding Form Builder to Universal Email

I don't find this in either of the getting started guides. I've built forms with UEmail that work great. But adding to a new form created by CSS Form Builder I must have missed something. I used the forms Submit button as the trigger. That didn't work. Then I tried "any form post". That didn't work.
What am I missing?

The form seems to be happy with the validation as no errors come up. However, I did remove the question security part. I just wanted the CAPTCHA. Maybe I'm missing something there. I don't see a honeypot hidden form element.

I read Ray's previous post on this subject but it didn't make any sense to me.
He mentioned binding it to the form but I figured I did that when I used the forms submit button as the trigger.

Thanks,
TroyD
