Webassist extension dynamic folder creation placement ... better organization via choice??

I've posted similar to this regarding image re-sizer when this came to mind...

The auto created folders the webassist extensions create are usually placed at the root of a site, and this is OK for simple sites, but for more complex sites this becomes a problem...
Folders are duplicated in different areas of the site, and the problem will be compounded when using an extension in a site that has been previously used, but then updated and used in another area of the site. The older version is not detected if not in the current page you are working in, and the newer version will be used along with the older version....messy!

Just an idea... if a script included with newer versions of an extension that will detect and upgrade all of the older instances if approved.

UPDATE:
possible addition to WebAssist Preferences where an extensions dynamically included files can be set...
a way to keep extension include files that have been edited, and NOT overwritten when the extension is opened again... a real drag to maintain edits!
