activating new account with my existing dreamhost domain

Please reset my admin login

When I try and login to the admin site it says this store has expired – it expired the very first day I opened it.

Then it says to Sign in to your Café Commerce Manager and activate your account to get back up and running.
But my login and password is no longer valid.
