Unexpected error -3 installing UE

Hi. Please help. I reinstalled UE on my system - my serial is correct, but now Im getting the following error after clicking activate:

Unexpected Error -3,
Activated cannot be completed. Visit webassist.com and submit a support request.

So when I click on the link it goes to a page not find error on webassist website.

Please advise. Thanks.

Sorry I found that my serial number was different online to the one I copied last week. Can Webassist please delete this post. Many thanks
