how can i get a FTP address when designing my website with dreamweaver cs6

the FTP address is associated with your WebSite Hosting package.

You would need to register a website domain name, and purchase a hosting package to host the website.

included in the hosting package would be FTP information to access the server and upload files to the site.

1 and 1 is a good host that offers domain registration and web site hosting.
